How to install St. Louis Rams MySpace layout code

Click inside the St. Louis Rams layout code text box to select all the code.
Right-click on the selected code and click on Copy.
Go to your MySpace account Home page to apply your new MySpace Layout.
Click on Edit Profile.
Click anywhere inside the 'About Me' text box that appears on this screen and press Ctrl + End on your keyboard to place the text cursor at the end of any text you've already typed in there.
Press Ctrl + V on your keyboard to paste in the layout code.
Click on the Save All Changes button at the top of the screen.
Click on the View My Profile link at the top of the screen to see your profile with your new myspace layout in effect.
